The Mewd Linen Wrap Shorts come in a single length and size that adjusts to your shape. Designed to sit high or low on the waist, they flatter all body types with a clean, wrap-around silhouette. Tied front and back, made from 100% natural linen—timeless, breathable, and inclusive by design.

We produce in Berlin in a small atelier, this means we pay fair German wages. In addition our material is high quality linen and natural fibres are more expensive than polyester or viscose.

Our packaging is biodegradable so this adds extra cost compared to regular plastic packaging. As we produce in small batches and mostly made to order we don’t have the benefits / discounts that big corporations get when they produce large quantities. We add our marketing costs on top, taxes and a small profit margin.

We encourage a conscious approach to buying clothes, but we also acknowledge that fast-fashion has had a big impact on pricing and consumer expectations. We aim to produce outstanding quality, with fair wages at the best consumer price we can afford.

On a final note: High quality fabrics will mostly be less expensive in the long run as they will last you a lifetime.

We take pride in crafting our fashion pieces with care and consciousness in mind.

We're reducing our environmental footprint by preventing overproduction - which may result in a waiting time of up to 2 weeks.

This sometimes results in longer production times (up to 1-3 weeks). We’re working very hard to keep them short, but no piece should be overproduced. We aim to cater to an audience that supports this vision of fashion and our production practices.
